Opus Webworks LLC ("Opus Webworks," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the Opus Webworks website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

When you submit the project inquiry form or contact us directly, we may receive your name, email address, current website address, the services you are interested in, preferred timeline, project goals, and anything else you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Our web host and related infrastructure providers may automatically record limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request. This information is generally used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which may receive technical information such as your IP address when those files are requested.
How information is used

Project inquiry submissions are transmitted through Resend so they can be delivered to Opus Webworks by email. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including maintaining business records and meeting legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no website, email system, or method of transmission is completely secure.

Children's privacy
This website is intended for business customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
