Website purpose

This website provides general information about Opus Webworks and its services. Website content is not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to begin a project.

Client services

Web design, SEO, hosting, maintenance, and related client services are governed by a separate written proposal, agreement, statement of work, or similar document. If a client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls for those services.

Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, scrape content through abusive automated means, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that infringes another party's rights.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original text, design, graphics, branding, and code are owned by Opus Webworks or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from its content without prior written permission.

Client names, trademarks, screenshots, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party websites and services

The website may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. Opus Webworks does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opus Webworks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opus Webworks LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
